The Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) is the body that hears refugee claims in Canada.  The IRB website site offers downloads of the Personal Information Form, or PIF, as well as many other important forms and information related to refugee claims.  The IRB partners with Citizenship and Immigration Canada and the Canada Boarder Services Agency in making decisions on immigration and refugee matters in Canada.
