The Refugee Claim Process

In July 2010 the Federal Government passed Bill C-11, the "Balanced Refugee Reform Act". Thanks to the advocacy of refugee supporters, the Bill is more supportive of refugee rights than previously, however it is still not great. This, however, means that a long discussion of the current Refugee Claim Process will become quickly outdated. So, we will wait to see what the changes will be and will update you as quickly as possible on what the new refugee claim process will look like.
